Encouraging, accepting, and sustaining change beyond a mere initiative to be a routine behavior, to say the least is the “A” difficulty in the Corporates today. It is to encourage Teejay’s Executive Teams in the Printing Plant to embrace the necessity for this, that we invited Wing Commander Prasanna Liyanarachchi (Retd) to conduct one of his signature programs “Ride the Elephant: Mastering Change with Balance & Vision” The program itself was very well organized, included Teejay’s needs, interesting and uncomplicated. The Examples were real life academically appropriate and very well related. The program met our need very well, and the participants developed the desired flavor for change in both their lives and their professions. Prasanna as a resource person was very good and his pleasing personality and tacit knowledge added much value to already good content that he presented. We from Teejay will not hesitate to invite Prasanna for our future needs of Personnel Development.
